Remote Access

We can perform an array of services without the need of you leaving your home/business as we will access your systems through the internet, just as if we were sitting in front of you!

A convenient way to resolve your IT issues.

Details of our remote access service can be seen below.  Please understand that there are numerous cases where remote access is not either available or suitable for the job at hand which would then mean a callout service or dropping your item into a local store will be the only option.
 

Our charges

Charges will commence when the client program connects to our support control program.


 Each chargeable session is of 15 minutes duration:

• The 1st session is charged at £1 per minute inc vat (£15.00)
• The 2nd session is charged at 75p per minute inc vat (£11.25)
• Further sessions are charged at 50p per minute inc vat (£7.50)

 

Payment

 

You will be asked for immediate payment, upon completion of the session(s); this can be by Credit or Debit Card.
If you are an Account Holder these charges will be added to your account for payment within your usual terms.
• If you have purchased support sessions the above charges will be deducted from your paid-for account.

 

Our objectives

 

We will attempt to diagnose the problem and resolve the issues in as short a time as possible.
You will be advised if the problem cannot be corrected by this level of support in a reasonable period of time, and advised to bring the machine to our workshop for further investigation.
• Any charges accrued will be credited against any workshop charges relating to this session.

 

What we can do

 

We are able to 'see' your screen and use our mouse and keyboard as if we were sitting in front of your computer.
Most commands can be implemented remotely, including REBOOT, PRINT, etc.

 

And can't do!

 

Jobs that involve broadband issues would mean that we cannot therefore connect via the internet!
Run hardware tests on RAM and/or Hard Drives as some test would take over 24hrs to complete.
